IU Health will join us to share information about the GUIDE Program, a new Medicare-supported service designed to help caregivers navigate dementia care with more support and less stress. The GUIDE Program can provide transportation, attendant care, care coordination, and additional in-home supports to help families keep their loved ones safe and supported at home for as long as possible.
