The Still Waters team includes experienced dementia care professionals, nurses, activity specialists, and caregivers dedicated to serving older adults and their families throughout Indianapolis, Fishers, Lawrence, McCordsville, Greenfield, and surrounding communities.

Francine Branson
Certified Nursing Assistant
Francine enjoys working with seniors because it gives her the opportunity to learn from their incredible life stories while providing meaningful companionship and compassionate care. She loves building trusting relationships with guests and helping them feel valued, comfortable, and respected each day.
Outside of work, Francine enjoys spending time with her family, pursuing her medical assistant certificate, reading, and studying her Bible.

Cheryl Curry
Chief Engagment Officer
EmailCheryl brings more than 26 years of nonprofit experience and is passionate about helping seniors, families, and caregivers find the support they need. She enjoys building relationships with guests and families and loves knowing that each day brings an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys traveling, cruising, and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.

Deb Harlamert
Registered Nurse
Deb has been part of the Still Waters family since the center first opened and has played an important role in supporting the health and well-being of our guests. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional care make her a trusted resource for both guests and families.
When she's not at Still Waters, Deb enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her two beloved dogs.

Mika Jones
Certified Nursing Assistant/Enrichment Life Coach
Mika has been a valued member of the Still Waters team for more than 13 years. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, she is passionate about caring for older adults and is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Her experience helping care for her grandmother inspired her love for serving seniors with compassion and respect.
Outside of work, Mika enjoys doing hair, studying, and spending time with her little man, Kitai

Diana Keely
Executive Director
EmailDiana has served as Executive Director of Still Waters since 2021 and brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She is passionate about helping older adults age in place while supporting family caregivers. Her dedication to dementia care was inspired by caring for her father throughout his dementia journey.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys gardening, traveling, boating, and spending time with her husband Chris, daughter Shelby, and her beloved Maltese, Buddy.

Dorothy Lightle
Licensed Practical Nurse
Dorothy has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1972 and has served as the Staff Nurse at Still Waters since 2013. With more than 50 years of nursing experience, Dorothy has devoted her entire career to caring for older adults. She began working in a nursing home at just 15 years old and is honored to be ending her nursing career serving the same population she has loved from the very beginning.
Dorothy often says that working at Still Waters is "addictive" because she truly misses the guests when she's away. She treasures the relationships she has built with guests and their families and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that helps each person feel safe, valued, and at home.

Ellen Michl
Dietician
Ellen brings a unique blend of science, creativity, and compassion to the Still Waters kitchen. A retired chemist and a Sister of St. Francis, she believes cooking is a lot like chemistry—combining ingredients in just the right way to create something meaningful and enjoyable for others. She loves preparing meals that bring comfort and joy to our guests each day.
When she's not cooking, Ellen enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and being outdoors. Fun fact: Ellen is Diana Keely's aunt, making Still Waters truly feel like a family affair!

Lori Nixon Guiffre
Direct Care Staff
Lori joined the Still Waters team after first experiencing the program as a family caregiver. Following her father's time as a guest at Still Waters, Lori began volunteering and soon accepted a part-time position because she loved being part of the community.
As a Navy veteran and lifelong volunteer, Lori has always enjoyed helping others. She often says she was "the mom who volunteered for everything," and that servant's heart continues today as she cares for older adults and supports their families. Having walked the dementia journey with both of her parents, Lori brings compassion, understanding, and firsthand experience to every interaction with our guests.

Nicole McCloud
Direct Care Staff
Nicole joined Still Waters after spending more than 30 years in the corporate world, seeking a career where she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She enjoys getting to know each guest, hearing their unique life stories, and learning from their diverse backgrounds. Having family members with various health conditions has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate care and support.
A fun fact about Nicole is that she has a passion for fast cars. She proudly drives a custom-built Dodge Durango SRT that her husband helped build. Nicole is also the daughter-in-law of Deb McCloud, whose vision and dedication helped establish Still Waters Adult Day Center, making her connection to the organization especially meaningful.

Erica Morgan
Enrichment Life Coach
Erica enjoys building meaningful relationships with guests and creating engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and connection to each day. Before joining Still Waters, she spent 27 years as a Girl Scout troop leader and later served as a staff member, experiences that strengthened her passion for working with people of all ages.
Outside of work, Erica has been married for 25 years and is the proud mother of five children. Coming from a large family as one of ten siblings, she values the importance of community, compassion, and making everyone feel like they belong.

Keyetta Norwood
Certified Nursing Assistant
Keyetta brings experience as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She loves working with seniors because she knows even the smallest act of kindness can brighten someone's day, and she enjoys helping guests feel happy, valued, and cared for.
Outside of work, Keyetta enjoys spending time with family, walking, and reading.

Administrative Assistant
EmailJessica has been part of the Still Waters family for 10 years and enjoys interacting with guests and families each day. She loves building relationships, engaging in conversation, and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who comes through the door.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, walking, and enjoying nature. Fun fact: her mom, Dorothy Lightle, is also part of the Still Waters team and serves as our Licensed Practical Nurse!

Belinda Teles-Marcos
Certified Nursing Assistant
Belinda joined Still Waters two years ago after graduating from Lawrence North High School, where she first volunteered at the center as a student. She enjoys working with seniors, brightening their days, building meaningful relationships, and listening to stories about their lives and experiences.
Being bilingual allows Belinda to connect with and support a wider range of guests and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Marcos, traveling, and exploring new places.
