Caregiver Education Night: IU Health GUIDE Program
Caring for someone with dementia is hard—you don’t have to do it alone.
Join us to learn about the GUIDE Program, a Medicare-supported service designed to help caregivers navigate dementia care with added support. If you or your loved one has Medicare, this program may offer transportation, attendant care, care coordination, and other essential services to help your loved one remain safely at home. This is a must-hear session for caregivers looking for real, practical support.
